Mimi was hospitalised 5 days for bacterial infection. She started having high fever on Sunday night after returning from Rian's birthday party. We bought her to Thomson clinic at 3am on Monday morning for consultation. 4 hourly of paracetamol and suppository was administerted but the heat seems to be on the rised. When the fever reaches 39.8 on Monday evening, we decided to admit her to Thomson. After a series of tests, it was found that she had bacterial infection in her body even though the throat, mouth and ears show no sign of infection. She was given oral antibiotic but it does not seems to combat the bacterial and during midnight, her temperature rose to 40 degree. On Tuesday morning, doctor decided to give her antibiotic thru infusion and also nebulizer treatment together with chest physio as she was having "viral bronchitis" by then. During these time, she was still very active, playful and going round the wards making new friends. We thanked God for sustaining her, showing favours to her as she was well liked by the nurses and doctor and even the pantry aunty who gave her double portion of Milo drink. Right now she is recuperating and on the road to recovery and we prayed that she will be clear of bronchitis in no time.

Attended Rian's 1st birthdays at the SIA Sport Club. It was a Mickey Mouse theme birthday and a lot of jie jie and kor kor to play with.
